So I just did my first day of week three of my couch to 5k program. As soon as I walked in the door I started my Tracy leg sequence, followed by arms, and finally the abs. I know this is going to sound nuts, but after doing the leg sequence a few times I can completely feel the difference and I’m pretty sure my butt is starting to look different too! It will be totally worth the pain right now once I’m strutting my stuff down the beach…at lest it better be:)
After my workout I made a green monster with 1 cup skim, 2 cups spinach, half a banana, drop of PB (I threw an iced cube in there)
I also had two eggs over easy with 1/2 cup quinoa mixed with 1 tbsp of hummus per Caitlin’s suggestion. Sadly, this was consumed before a picture could be taken.
