Back to the sunshine of last week with just a few more photos. One of my favorite things about Cabo is the landscape. It’s a desert climate where mountains meet the ocean. It doesn’t get much better. Our unit (my parents have a timeshare at the stunning Grand Regina on the Westin property) has a hot tub on the balcony which I used almost every night before dinner. We would relax and drink a glass of wine and watch the sunset.
The Grand Regina is so beautiful because it’s built entirely into the cliffs and doesn’t overwhelm the natural landscape.
The beach has gorgeous rock outcrops and is extremely private. There isn’t another hotel for over a mile. There is a private golf course with beachfront homes next to the property which were lovely to look at on our daily walks. I hate crowds, especially while on vacation, so this is truly my idea of heaven.
I feel instantly relaxed just looking at these pictures (taken with my new camera!).
My favorite spot is up by the infinity pool built higher into the cliffs. Here’s the women of the family enjoying a nice dip.
Squinting isn’t so cute, right?
Here are the ladies all dressed up for dinner at my favorite restaurant in Cabo, Edith’s. The food and service is impeccable and the tequila selection isn’t bad either. It’s a tradition to sip a fine tequila while waiting for our table.
The thing to order at Edith’s is the Caesar salad. It’s made table side and is literally to die for.
Just look at this.
I’m already looking forward to my return next year :)
