GREAT NEWS: I’m down another .6 pounds! I’m thrilled considering it’s ahem that time of the month and I’m most definitely carrying some extra water weight around. I’ve been staying within my points, taking extra long walks, and feeling fantastic! I’m hoping the scale will reflect my efforts next Tuesday.
My total loss for two weeks has been a very respectable 3 pounds! I love feeling in control of my eating and knowing I can go anywhere and feel good about my choices. What a difference a couple of weeks can make!
