I am up .6lbs. I'm pretty bummed about it, but hoping its some water retention that will be gone (and then some) by next week. This is about the time I usually give up. One week doesn't go my way and I throw in the towel.

Not this time, blog friends. Stepping up the fitness game and making better choices within my points (less carbs more veggies etc) and hoping for the best.
