The Flip and Switch

OK, I have a confession.  I am sick of talking about my weight (and weight loss).  But, it seems that is what people like to read about.  I get it.  People love a good before and after photo - an inspirational story about how you can do it too!  And all of that is true.  If I can do it (assuming I keep the momentum going), than you certainly can as well.  So, why am I finding it painful to write about it every day?  My posts for the past few weeks have been straight up depressing.  To me.  My other frequent topic (unrequited love) is equally a downer.  What has become of me?  Am I really this sad girl writing about how a boy broke her heart and she's fat?  Ugh, enough already Shanna.

I'd like to switch gears this afternoon and discuss some stuff that I'm obsessed with this week.  If you like laughter, rainbows, and happiness - it's your lucky day!  Let's start with the hunk of man meat that is Josh Charles.  Mr. Charles is the handsome, charismatic Will Gardner on The Good Wife.  I love me a man in a power suit.  I love me a lawyer in a power suit even more.  There's just something so quiet and mysterious about Josh Charles.  I follow him on twitter (obviously) so I know he loves Baltimore sports and a ballerina-turned-author (his gf who is MY AGE).  I look forward to Sunday evenings simply because I can watch his swagger on the small screen.  Pathetic?  Yes.  Worth it?  Yes.

Next on my list of greatness is Happy Endings.  Now, I know what you're thinking.  Sickos.  This show has me laughing out loud every week.  It reminds me of "Friends" but with more of an edge and a far quirkier cast.  Daman Wayans Jr. is sexy and funny as hell.  That combination is my Kryptonite.  I fall for it every single time.

Words With Friends.  I shouldn't elaborate, but I will.  It has been a little over a month since I became an iPhone girl and I've yet to win a game.  You read that correctly.  I have not won a single game.  In fact, I have lost by close to 100 points more often than not.  My obvious lack of ability has me completely hooked.  I must win.  I simply must.

What are y'all obsessed with this week?
