I would like to announce that instead of eating "dessert" (most likely Greek yogurt or something of the like), I opted for some peppermint tea and my DVR. For most people, this is just normal healthy weight activity, but for me it's HUGE. I went spinning with one of my best friends tonight and had sushi for dinner and just decided to not self-sabotage. Tomorrow will mark my sixth weigh-in. I am in no rush, and I certainly do not want losing this weight to take over my life, but I need to stop taking such a lax approach. After a not-so-diligent weekend, concessions must be made. Here's to hoping that the scale and I are friends tomorrow morning.
